Help Us Stay on the Land That Raised Us

Watch Our Story Below

Our oceanfront family property in Kahana is under court order to be sold. But there’s still hope—and we need your help to find it.

My name is Kelly Robinson, and my family has lived on this land in Kahana for generations. I was born and raised here. This isn’t just property—it’s where I learned to walk, where my nieces and nephews now play, where our ʻohana has celebrated births, mourned losses, and grown roots deeper than any foundation.

A few months ago, our world shifted. After years of legal pressure from relatives, few who have never lived on the land—or even on the island—a judge has ordered us to sell everything whiloe 52% of owners wish to stay put and not sell.

But it doesn’t have to end this way.

There is Another Way Forward

We’re not asking for handouts. What we’re asking for is a partner. Someone who understands the value of ʻāina and community. Someone who wants to help preserve a piece of Maui that still feels like old Hawaiʻi.

If we can find a buyer to purchase the property with a buy back option, and work with us to CPR (Condominium Property Regime) the land, our family can stay in the homes we’ve always known—while still honoring the court’s decision.

It’s a rare opportunity to do good and do right. To protect history while investing in the future.
